This image of our Milky Way was captured in the Dark Sky Preserve known as Craters of the Moon in Idaho. Nothing compares to dark skies, when the night is cold and clear and perfect. You can literally see the Milky Way “glowing” above your head! It is an experience that I hope everyone has the chance to feel one day. Until then, I’ve attempted to bring the majesty of the Milky Way core to you! I hope this art reminds you that we are all made of stardust, that we are all connected by the same cosmic forces that shape the universe. Edition 2 of 3
