The Classic Penicillin, where the bar draws its namesake, is Penicillin co-founder Agung Prabowo’s take on the classic drink created in 2005 by Australian bartender Sam Ross. Its name derives from the drug penicillin, hinting to the medicinal properties of some of its ingredients to relieve the symptoms of cold and flu. Young ginger, lemon, and honey direct from Hong Kong’s own Wing Wo bee bee farm are shaken with a blended Scotch whisky and ice, before being strained into a glass and topped with a peated whisky. Artifact Labs Co-Founder Joey Liu calls Penicillin's The Classic, "perfection."
