Chalcidian Helmet

An exceptionally rare Chalcidian bronze helmet with engravings and relief from the Classical period, 450-400 BC. This type of helmet originates in the Etruscan areas and lacks the traditional small nasal giving it a much more open face and better vision for the soldier.
