I’ve titled this photo “A Quiet Place” even though the crashing water is so loud, it’s hard to hold a conversation. Being here always seems to quiet my thoughts. Maybe the noise level doesn’t leave room for anything else in my head. Maybe being near such a great display of natural power makes my problems seem insignificant. Whatever it is, I feel drawn to it and I can’t stop coming back.
