Celestial Allignment

Cascade Dreamscape A moment of solitude from the Alpine Lakes Wilderness in Washington. Howling wind, frigid temperatures that made crawling out of my warm sleeping bag unpleasant, and crystal clear skies awaited me on my final sunrise during this solo backpacking adventure. I wasn't planning on photographing anything in specific during this adventure, but to my delight and me being in the right place at the right time, a glorious super moon set atop one of the many jagged peaks scattered along Mount Daniel.
