Hidden Paradise

Cascade Dreamscape From a golden sunrise above Hidden Lake in the North Cascades. These conditions weren't something that I had planned on experiencing before the summer of 2022 where the alpine lakes were frozen late into the summer months, but wildflowers were blooming in full force along the few thawed meadows above the landscape. This sunrise was one that wasn't typical for me because I was accompanied by a group of five guys who had shared the fire lookout directly behind where I took this photograph.
