sunrise (ft. Lophiile) #3

Sunrise is the third to last song on my upcoming debut album Dreaming of Flying. It feels like clarity after the dust settles, insight after heartbreak. I made it with Ty on the first day we met. Every session I’ve ever had with another producer starts with a getting-to-know-you beat. We either sync up our DAWs or take turns on one computer and try to feel out what collaboration with eachother is like. Often these are sloppy and it takes until the second or third beat of the day for us to know how to best trust and compliment eachother.
