Choppar the Gnome is an event planner and political advisor, being especially fond of interspecies relationship building and influencing outcomes. Choppar is at every major MetaRoyalian meeting, vote, or party, and has little interest in mechanics, engineering, or design, though he has stated, 'I do actually like designs - just not the type that Gearcent and Modifot are interested in.'
