Merlnighten

Merlnighten purchased a series of abandoned mine shafts from the MetaRoyal Treasury. The shafts were previously seized from Praeton the Dwarf after he was imprisoned for enslaving another race. Merlnighten was allowed to make the purchase - provided he complied with several caveats. A long list of rules and restrictions were publicly read aloud to Merlnighten. As the list came to a close, a smirk slowly crept across his face and he muttered, 'I can comply with all of that ...'
