Cerverey

Cerverey is a time-skipping Elf, able to jump back in time up to two moments into the past. The gift has saved her life more than once - though the time-skipping process is exhausting, and can only be performed once or twice per day. No one minimizes the implications of Cerverey's abilities, though equally, no one has been able to advance or duplicate Cerverey's exact ability, though not for lack of trying.
