Ajè is the goddess of wealth in the Yoruba culture. She brings economic prosperity. Gold signifies wealth in western culture. Ajè is the merger of two influences to create one. We seek economic prosperity for various reasons, I seek it to live a comfortable enough life to actually live, to give my generations a chance to actually, live. Wealth should never be a barrier to attaining productive things in life, but we see it happen every day.
