Painting by KevN Chain As a teen KevN fancied himself as a future cartoonist! He always found smart cartoons are humorous yet effective communicators for the ever changing society he was in. His enrolment in art school coincided with the arrival of the Walkman, and so he’d be bopping away to his fave hip-hop on the subway each day. But as Cain tried create in class one day, he felt his confined brush strokes weren’t hitting the seismic volumes of expression he wished to convey. The penny dropped when back on the subway platform later that same day ..the walls of the city and subways were to be his future canvas…
