The pears are placed in a mundane blue plastic container, on which their colors are reflected. They are all made in pieces of color, in fairly regular flat figures, and at the same time they are fluid and soft as if they were made of Play-Doh, which is paradoxical since Cubism tends to harden rather than soften the figures. The color management is done in such a way that the eye is always on the move, shifting from the pears to the chairs, whose color is in turn recalled by the bottles of Croatian pear liqueur "Kruskovac."
