Living out of a small rental car on a budget in Norway, in the middle of winter, has its ups and downs. From being confined to the front seat for multiple days during winter storms, having little to no cell reception and nothing to do, it can be incredibly challenging to hold on for the good days. But when the good days do come, they’re bound to leave an impression. When the light finally breaks through and illuminates the snow capped peaks, and shines into the crystal-clear water, it is about as close to a fairytale one can get.
