HYPNOPEPE is Series 4, Card 27 of the iconic Rare Pepe Wallet set, but it's much more than that being an antique nft collection. Issued: 2016-10-13.

This legendary collection of NFTs was minted on Counterparty (XCP) from 2016-18 for basically no reason, long before the barrage of normie NFTs seen today. Many XCP wallets have been lost over the years, thus circulation often lower than issuance.
