Bluebird Mornings with Lucy

A classic Buick Super Eight Dynaflow named Lucy sits in front of the Historic Blue Swallow Motel under pink sunrise skies. Bluebird Mornings with Lucy is the first image I am releasing from my seven days on the road traveling along the Historic Route 66. The Blue Swallow Motel was our favorite overnight stay and definitely represents the best of quintessential Americana. The Motel owner was so excited to see me shooting with a Busch Pressman land camera he met me at the office and turned the Neon sign ON for me to make my images.
