I worked for one of the top companies in the world. Yet things took a bizarre turn. I was forced to take the Myer Briggs. As I sat in a circle of employees, the company informed me that despite my deployments I have no life experience.
I was also told to get over my ptsd because it had no place in the corporate environment.
This was strange because I did not disclose my medical information. Yet, it made sense. I was battling social stigmas and the stereotypes were encouraged and reinforced by the Myer Briggs and other personality tests that were forced upon us. I was profiled.
