Synaptic Tension

A photograph taken of a laser installation in LaserLew's closet. The setup consists only of lasers, glass and mirrors. Single exposure (see metadata) made B/W in Photoshop Express (Android). The real (unreflected) image is straight head, the 18 copies are all from a kaleidoscope effect from 2 12"x12" mirrors making a V shape in front of the camera. A 14"x4" mirror is placed on top of the V. The stack of glass items consists of 3 glass balls (1 is behind the stack) and a crystal candle holder. 2 1-watt Laser Cubes were used to make the tight mesh of laser beams going behind the glass stack. Not a render. All mirrors are 1st surface mirrors salvaged from rear projection TVs.
