Bomb Story: In 2019, The Hundreds collaborated with Chicago's next-generation streetwear brand, Half Evil. Having grown up a fan of our brand, Half Evil's founder Sam wanted to do his own devilish spin on our folkloric icon.| Background Story: Horizontal stripes, especially of the yarn-dyed variety, are a staple of The Hundreds' collection. Earlier on, they were derived from the surf knits and beachgoer patterns that graced the backs of Californians in the 1980s. Examples include Hang Ten, OP, Quiksilver, and Gotcha.
