Sometimes it feels like going through small canals. You travel round and round, and you never really get anywhere. You feel like you just keep going in circles.
You start to wonder why you're even doing it. But you keep going, because you don't really have a choice.
Day by day the canals seem to be getting narrower, and the water colder and darker. You can't help but feel like you're being squeezed in, like the canals are closing in around you.
One day, you paddle around a bend and see a huge iron gate blocking your path. There's a sign on the gate, but you can't read it from here. You paddle closer and see that the sign says "No Entry."
