The Message

Can you decipher the message? 20,000 x 20,000 pixels. Minimalism can sometimes express feeling and emotion in a way that more complex works cannot. Tone, form and blank space can create a space for meditation too. This is perhaps my most minimal piece to date and also the largest. Each individual square is painted a slightly different shade of red, some almost all the way to black. The resolution meant that both Corel Painter and Photoshop were taken to their limits and displayed some strange glitches.
