Mamma's Parlour
Horatio Hernandez loved sugary sweets and stopped at the roadside parlour every day to buy two pieces of sugar cake and a pack of jub jub. He was a peculiar boy, the kind of child who would dig both nostrils at the same time, with a commitment to be admired. Two fingers and no apparent shame. His head was shaped like a coconut and was equally as dense. Round and hardened on the outside with a sweet and watery demeanour. He believed school was best when avoided and his daily jaunt to Mamma's Parlour for a sugary fix was the highlight of his day.
