Collection: Polar Vortex City: Toronto Season: Winter Winter in Canada can be a tricky beast... This is Toronto and this shot was taken just before a massive snowstorm started. It's a pretty abnormal winter in the city with traffic jams, temps around -15c and cold shivers down the spine. I set up in the middle of the busy street, waited for the right time and snapped the shot. The next day the streets were covered, everything was frozen and the snowplows were out.
