The Man in Blue

Shot in the Minneapolis Cedar-Riverside neighborhood. I was getting a snack from a grocery store on a photo walk after work when I noticed that the colors in the mostly Somali community were just popping at me. I frequently work with Somali families and the community is one of the most friendly communities in the city so capturing some street photos feel very comfortable around them. Im thankful for that. Shooting from the hip I paced the block until I was amazed when I realized this man in blue was going to bless my frame for a just the right decisive moment.
