This word, which is also expressed with the French word 'flaneur', actually corresponds to the words stray and idle. The mention of this wandering type, which emerged in the 19th century, was first mentioned in a text in 1854. These people, who can be considered as examples of wandering people today, are actually the product of a contradiction in society. This person, who does not think much about this contradiction, is actually not eager to solve the problems he sees in the city. He does not think, does not bother, does not comment, just wanders.
