Irune was a young girl who lived in a small town in the countryside of Spain. She grew up during the turbulent years of World War II, and like many others her age, was fascinated by the bravery and adventure of the pilots who fought in the skies. As she grew older, Irune became increasingly determined to join the war effort and serve her country. One day, her chance finally came.
