In the early summer days of 2016, I drove up to Vermont with a dozen friends and we participated in a combination scavenger hunt and puzzle-solving adventure challenge. We hiked up a fire tower, socialized with the locals, and figured out riddles based on gravestones hundreds of years old. One night I was even stalked by a bobcat (at least, according to my own interpretation of events).
We won the hunt of course, but the real prize for me came later; the creator of the challenge wanted to use some of the photos I took that weekend in his brochure for the next year's hunt!
