Peaks of Connection

How lucky we are to get to exist as a human with the ability to be conscious of our surroundings. We are capable of wondering, thinking deeply, asking questions about the world. No other species comes close to our level of intelligence. It’s fascinating; the rest of life on Earth is merely concerned about survival. Humans worry less about survival and perhaps more about things that don’t really matter in the grand scheme of things. A double sword this is. We are capable of appreciating the immense beauty on Earth & more, but with that, comes a lot of excess.
