I was always so focused on making sure everyone else was happy and comfortable that I never stopped to think about my own happiness. I was burnt out and overwhelmed, and it wasn't until I reached out for help that I realized just how much I had been neglecting myself.
It's been a long journey, but I am finally at a place where I can truly say that I am putting myself first. I am taking care of my own needs and making sure that I am happy and healthy. It's not always easy, but it is worth it, and I am grateful to have finally learned the importance of self-care
