Many early attempts to reunite the originally divided soul of their highness in one vessel proved problematic and did not result in any progress. Due to the chaotic Tahimik uprisings and the resulting collapse of the new government, parts of the soul containment vessels were damaged or lost forever. Despite their best efforts, none of the remaining people were able to reunite their sovereignty and were forced to abandon the Sanctuary program in an incomplete stage.
