Gods Behind the Masks by Min Shi

When you take a picture, are you capturing reality or are you creating a new one? Is it possible for humans to distinguish between the two, or do you only see what you want to see. Can computer vision help us detect the true reality? Inspired by *A1 2041*’s *Gods Behind the Masks*, I created this montage by mixing technology with nature, literal with symbolic. The result is a world where there is not only a visual conflict but also a philosophical one questioning the relationship between images and reality. Through the layers of screens in my art, do you question which moment presents reality?
