An egotistical opportunist who showed up for a quest to rescue a lost traveler. Julian's party defeated a fearsome beast and saved the missing man. In an effort to grow his reputation, Julian took it upon himself to visit the Dark Blade Guild as a representative of the Concord of Research, seeking to study the Jester's Wand - a unique artifact.
