Natural was the first song that I wrote and produced for PAISLEY, but at the time of creating it, I didn't even know I was going to be making an album. For 2-3 years preceding, I wasn't creating music every day as I'd been accustomed to for most of my career. In making this song, I was beginning the long path of healing from overthinking and getting back to doing what comes most natural to me.
