Resigning from reality, I slip away from all that's real, Dissociating from the world, And its reality that I fear. The colors all seem muted, The sounds all fade away, And though I try to reach out, I can't seem to make them stay So I resign myself to drifting, In this limbo that I've found, And hope that someday soon, I can reconnect with solid ground.
