Solomon’s Servant

King Solomon was given dominion over all living things, over animal and man and over angel and demon. It is said that he used his magic ring with the seal of Solomon scribes upon it. He used this ring to bind demons into doing his bidding and it is rumoured that he used the help of demons to build his grand temple. He would retire to his chambers and convene with spirits and demons, and there he would discover much about the universe through them. At one such meeting he summoned Asmodeus, king of demons, to tell him how demons could corrupt the soul of man. Asmodeus tricked Solomon into giving him the ring and then banished Solomon to a land far away.
