After ages the tortoise and rabbit met,
Over a cup of tea they sat.
How difficult it is to understand a friendship
That started before the race
But no one sees,
the sacrifices it always takes.
A race, so unfair to one
What else could rabbit have done.
Tortoise sipped his tea with tears
"Rabbit,
you shouldn't have done this for me dear"
To which the dear friend said,
"What's the point of competition,
When different were the traits,
For that seeing oneself worthless,
Is an unnecessary flawed weight."
Love yourself for what you possess
You are the one, you need to impress
The world needs to understand,
Something as simple as that,
We are happy because we are different.
