Putin Sends Romney Back

In 2012, I predicted that president Barack Obama would defeat Senator Mitt Romney in the presidential election with this painting. This was the year that Democrats relentlessly mocked Romney for his bold claim that Russia was the number one geopolitical foe of the US. That turned out not to be true, but Democrats repackaged this trope when opposing Trump's presidency, ostensibly because it was so effective in generating media noise to drown out other issues.
