Xolotl, God of Life, Monsters and Misfortune, had eight children. Though they did not know it, each child stole and kept a piece of Xolotl for themselves.
Intended to be the final child, born from Xolotls very own excrement. Created as a token of fortune, Xolotl held the golden child until its final days, insistent of the affluence it would grant in the afterlife.
