Stained Oscar pays homage to artist, creator and innovator, Oscar Wilde. As an Irish Poet & playwright born in Dublin his flamboyant character often got him in trouble. This exuberance is celebrated today. He fought for the artist and believed in the power of beautiful art. "For what it seeks is to disturb monotony of type, slavery of custom, tyranny of habit, and the reduction of man to the level of a machine". He advocated for a creative economy, a society where everyone has the opportunity to express their individualism.
