No Farmers! No Food! No Future!

In late November 2020, what may have been the single largest protest in human history took place in India, as tens of thousands of farmers marched to the capital to protest against new legislation. The farmers are demanding nothing less than a full retraction of the laws and say they are willing to remain at the capital’s outskirts until this is done. Indian farmers are protesting to preserve their land and livelihoods. The awe-inspiring demonstration has become the defining story of India’s current era.
