DON'T STARE AT IT

I know no one is going to believe this but I don't know how this got in my collectables. I went to go mint a new piece and I was greeted with a message asking me if I wanted to continue where I left off. Out of curiosity I clicked "Continue" and this was the image that popped up. I have no idea how it got uploaded. I searched my computer's entire index and couldn't find this image anywhere, and when I try to remove it or replace it with a different one my computer goes into hibernation mode. The only way I can get the screen to turn back on is by restarting. When I log back in my web browser opens up automatically and I'm met with the same daunting set of eyes.
