Alone

A quiet moment of solitude in one of my favorite places in the World. When I started photography, I didn't realize how often you have to rely on interpreting different weather conditions. But it's a skill that sometimes gives you exceptional results. As I looked out of the window on that autumn day, the light began to shine after a rainy day. I knew it could be special. The air was so humid that there was bound to be fog. It was already close to sunset. I drove from my apartment to a nearby lake. It's a matter of luck where you go when the conditions look beautiful.
