Minted on Canada's 155th anniversary, this photo was taken in the heart of the financial district of Toronto. I was fortunate to not only catch the flag in a nice breeze, but also against a backdrop of thick fog, enveloping the towers of a couple of Canada's leading banking institutions.. The Canadian flag appears closer than usual as it was at half-mast, a fitting reminder that there cannot be freedom without sacrifice...
