Hooded Fang has the ability to warp people's senses and memories, but his own origins remain a mystery to him. For several years, he's used his talents to confound and entertain the citizens and tourists of Caster Locke. But in these momentous times, this trickster is looking to make a bigger impact, and maybe find his true place in the world.
