In Greek villages, you can witness all kinds of things you don’t get to see in the city. There are no supermarkets and trades are being done the old fashion way. Every day, a different kind of merchant comes at a specific hour or not, honking the horn of his car, passing by each and every one of the houses in the village and oh boy you have to be quick. You can see and hear people shouting from their balconies and getting dressed quickly so they can shop for what they need.
This photo was shot in August 2022. In the old days, people used to trade goods for goods. Will we go back to that way of trading again?
