“Before we get to that, people forget I got the assist on the game-winning basket in 'Space Jam' - It’s so easily forgotten. I stole the ball, I made the pass. I wasn’t even interviewed after. I digress. I loved making 'Space Jam' with Michael. Because you know how when you’re on set and you do the scene and somebody yells, 'Cut!'? Then you gotta’ turn it around and it takes an hour. Between takes, Mike and I would sneak off set and play 2-3 holes at Arrowood next door. Sometimes Larry Bird would join us and the NBA Hall of Fame trash-talking was worth the price of admission. I remember thinking what a wonderful life I have.”
