Bill Murray hopped in a cab in Oakland, California, and sparked up a conversation with the cab driver about music.
The driver told Bill he was a saxophone player in his free time. Murray asked, “When do you practice?” And the driver responded, “I don’t know, I drive 14 hours a day.” Bill asked, “Well, where’s your sax?” The man responded, “It’s in the trunk.” Bill told the cabbie, “Pull over and get in the back; I know how to drive a cab.”
The two men drove from Oakland to Sausalito with the cabbie playing sax in the back seat. They even stopped en route to get barbecue around 2am.
