Bill and Bourdain - Punxsutawney

The world lost one of its greatest chefs and raconteurs when Anthony Bourdain passed away in 2018. Anthony always wanted to have Bill on “Parts Unknown” and in 2015, Anthony and Bill had dinner in Charleston, South Carolina. When Anthony asked Bill if it was easy to transition from life in New York to Charleston, Bill responded, “It’s easy… the standard of food here is so high… but I’m right on the edge here telling people this is a really nice place to come. I don’t want anybody else to come. I like it the way it is. There’s a lot of insects. It’s really, really hot in the summer. And the traffic is worse than it ever was.”
