Twilights Reflection

1/1 NFT Twilight is by far my favourite time of the day to photograph. The sun has dipped below the horizon and it is now the earths turn to reflect the colours of the atmosphere through diffusion and light. On this particular evening I had hiked for a couple of hours to get to the Pouakai Tarns situated on Taranaki Maunga (Mount Taranaki) in New Zealand. I waited for the sun to set and the purples and pinks of twilight to fill the sky around this magnificent mountain. Taranaki Maunga is famous for hiding in the clouds and it can take countless attempts to try and see this elusive mountain.
