Five Senses

There is no need to use language to communicate with the outside world. Sometimes you can stop talking, be silent and instead use your other senses. One of my experiences when I fast is silence. Smelling and touching gain amazing power when we do not speak, helping us understand the outside world more deeply. Looking and listening, to what surrounds you, becomes a wonderful gift leading to a very different understanding of the environment. To communicate all we need is that our hearts be full of love.
